Yes, in the beautiful state of Colorado, one of a few, you can solemnize your own marriage. Meaning you do not need an ordained minister. You just need to sign a $30 marriage license. In addition, you do not need witnesses just you and your partner! So if you are considering elopement now all you need is your story telling photographer, Me! :)
